NWD2205 User’s Guide

This screen allows you to configure and manage wireless profiles.

The following table describes the labels in this screen.

LABEL DESCRIPTION

Default An “*” (asterisk) indicates the currently active profile.

Profile Name This is the name of the pre-configured profile.

SSID This is the SSID of the wireless network to which the selected profile

associates.

Network Type This field displays Infrastructure when the profile is configured to

connect to an access point, or Ad Hoc when the profile is configured to

connect to another computer.

Add Click this to create a new profile.

Edit Click this to alter the settings of a selected profile.

Remove Click this to delete a selected profile from the list.

Duplicate Click this to create a similar profile that copies the selected profile’s

wireless parameters.

Apply Click this to save your changes back to the NWD2205.
