Read the value from S38 using ATS38?

Convert it to binary, using the following weight table:

S-Register Descriptions

The descriptions for each S-register. In most bit-mapped S-registers,

the default bit value is 0 (which is the normal situation) and only the

non-default situation is described. Some reserved bits are for factory

use and the user should not change them.
